This cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the main level, one bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the other has a queen bed. The living room with pull-out couch, kitchen and dining room are all open-concept. The upstairs bathroom is a four-piece, and on the lower level there is a three-piece bathroom. There is a queen-sized futon on the lower level, and a large, recreation-family room with a bar area.

Located on a deep lot, there is a walk-out from the lower level of the cottage to access a small patio and the level yard that leads to the waterfront. Great for families with children, there is 100 feet of water frontage with shallow entrance to the lake and a permanent dock.

Long Lake is a smaller lake, one mile long and 100 feet across. The deepest point in the lake is 50 feet. The lake is very calm and has good fishing for bass. There is a public boat launch at the end of the road, if you would like to bring your own boat. A sandy, public beach with washrooms, dock and swim raft are located just a three minutes walk from the cottage.
