Description: A fifteen-minute drive from Parry Sound leads to this spacious, well-maintained, executive six-bedroom cottage with a spectacular southern view of Georgian Bay.  Situated on a point with 240 feet of frontage, sheltered by islands from the open waters of Georgian Bay, there is shallow water for swimming, along with miles of water to explore by boat.

The cottage is approached by a level, private driveway with ample parking.  Upon entering the cottage, there is an impressive view from the front windows that look out across the bay.  This view is repeated from the living room, dining area, sun porch, deck and master bedroom.  

The spacious living area with cathedral ceilings  has a magnificent wood burning fireplace, comfortable furniture and television with satellite and DVD.  There is internet access if you bring a Rogers Mobile Stick.

A large, fully-equipped, modern kitchen/dining area has a table that seats at twelve comfortably, along with an island with counter space and seating for two more.  Off the kitchen is a large screened room  facing south-west.  It will quickly become a favourite spot to relax in the wicker furniture with cooling fans above.  For sun-lovers there is the option of a south-facing deck off the eating area.

The main level of the cottage has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a door that  can be closed  to separate this area  from the living area.  The master bedroom with its private deck and view of the water, has a king-sized bed and ensuite with Jacuzzi tub.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has a double bed, and the fourth has two singles.  

Stairs lead from the living area to the lower area of the cottage.  In the lower level are two additional rooms for sleeping.  One has a queen bed, and the other large room has a queen bed and two twin beds.  There is a three-piece bathroom on this level.

From the lower level a door that leads to stairs that gradually descend to the waterfront.  Here there is a 40 foot floating dock where there is space for large boats.  A canoe and paddleboat are provided with the cottage, along with life jackets of all sizes.  The access to the water is shallow with a firm, pebbly bottom leading to sand then dropping off to deep water.  There is a stone beach for rock hounds to explore.

Off-shore there are countless bays and islands to explore, while the  Parry Sound area offers dining in numerous establishments, entertainment at places such as the Stockey Centre,  scenic flights over the Bay, island cruises aboard the Island Queen, or adventures in beautiful Killbear Provincial Park.
