Description: Welcome to Westwind Cottage, one of eighteen luxury cottages sharing a resort setting on the shores of Sparrow Lake, on the Trent-Severn Waterway, and gateway to Muskoka. Custom-designed pine furniture, and pine floors and trim enhance the light bright feeling of this cottage. The comfortable living room, complete with gas fireplace and satellite television, will be a
favourite spot for family to gather. A fully equipped kitchen will make meal preparation a pleasure. The dining room table seats eight.

 A screened-in porch, located off the dining area, is the perfect place to enjoy that first cup of morning coffee. You will find relaxing in the Muskoka chairs on the covered porch (which faces the lake) the perfect way to wrap up the day's activities, or enjoy dinner prepared on the barbeque. A four-piece bathroom completes the main floor.

 The second floor features the master bedroom offering a queen size bed; the second bedroom includes a queen size bed, and the third bedroom comes complete with four custom-made oversized bunk beds. Linens are provided for all the beds. A second four-piece bathroom and laundry room are located on this floor.

 The large, shared lakefront area offers a small sandy beach area, docks to swim or fish from, and Muskoka chairs to sit in and soak up the sun and the views. If you enjoy water activities, a paddleboat is available, and there are canoes, kayaks and rowboats to use. There is also a fire pit, swimming pool, tennis court, and skating rink.
