This first level also features an open concept fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the living room that offers a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a dining table that can be extended to seat up to 14 people. Walk-out doors connect the living room to a wooden deck perfect for a barbeque afternoon.

Next to this area, there is a Muskoka sunroom fully furnished and surrounded by large windows from where you can enjoy a sunny afternoon and the view of the lake.
