Description:
This recently constructed Viceroy home provides 3000sq.ft. of
comfortable vacation living with 5 bedrooms and 2.5

you so desire. There is plenty of seating provided
on both the dock and the deck should you want to
take a break from the five watercraft also included.
A four person paddle boat, 8� dingy, 14� kayak, 17�
canoe and a 12� rowboat are all equipped with
paddles and lifejackets for your on the water fun.
Deep water at the end of the dock
makes diving in safe and easy.

to Port Carling at the hub of the Muskoka lakes this
property puts you within 45mins of everything you
need. Golf & tennis are just down the road as is
