Description:
Dryden Cottage is a beautiful, bright, three-bedroom
Viceroy cottage, built in 1997, not far from the
town of Huntsville. It is in excellent condition and
is a great vacation spot. There are three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a beautiful view of Peninsula
Lake and also has an en-suite bathroom. The second
bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom
has two sets of bunk beds. A second, four-piece
bathroom is located at the front entrance.
The kitchen has
a nice view of the lake as well, and is fully
equipped with all the amenities of home. The
cupboards are all made of oak. There is a sliding
door from the dining room that leads to the patio,
which also has a great view of the lake. The living
room, like most other rooms in the cottage, has a
number of bay windows that give a spectacular view
of the lake. A lovely fireplace provides a
cozy focal point.
The cottage is
located on a level lot with trees for privacy and on
a quiet, dead-end road. There are cottages on either
side of Dryden cottage.
Only about
twenty minutes to Huntsville by car or by motor
boat, there is easy access to shopping, groceries,
restaurants, live theatre and the Muskoka Pioneer
Village. A day trip to nearby Algonquin
Provincial Park will offer a change of scene, hiking
trails, a nature art gallery, and a nature
interpretive centre.
Come and relax
for a week or longer!
