This beautiful two-storey cottage, located on Lake of Bays, is five minutes from the village of Baysville. This light-filled cottage, complete with magnificent views of Lake of Bays, is the perfect location for rest and relaxation for bringing your family. With its sweeping vista of lawns and its gentle slope down to the water, you can relax on one of the many deck chairs on the shore and dock.

As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious living area containing a family room, dining area and kitchen. The entire wall facing the lake has glass doors offering a full view of the lakeside and surrounding trees. These glass doors were built to maximize natural light, and afford the living room and kitchen a bright, relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

On the main floor, the family room contains a sofa and television with satellite service. The adjoining dining area features a large pine table with seating for eight.

A fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a grand butcher's block island and marble countertops with lots of space for your chef to prepare gourmet meals.

To the right of the kitchen, a gracious living room boasts a natural stone fireplace surrounded by comfortable sofa chairs.

Down the hall to the left of the family room you will find the bedrooms and studio. The first main floor bedroom features a queen size bed. The second offers a bunk bed and a single bed near a three-piece bathroom. A small studio is equipped with a desk and pullout sofa with lakeside view.

The second floor features a master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom. A second bedroom contains a queen size and a single. Another cozy bedroom with a single bed next to the master bedroom is perfect for a young child. On the second floor walk out onto a patio/ breezeway where you can sun yourself, or walk into a separate private bedroom unit furnished with a king-sized bed.

A gentle slope leads to the waterfront and dock. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows close to the water. The waterfront features a broad wooden dock where you can enjoy the Lake of Bays and the kind of stunning view that makes Muskoka famous.

For the boating enthusiast, Lake of Bays offers miles and miles of boating fun. You can launch your own boat at Baysville Marina, a short distance away.

Visit  famous Robinson's General Store, the scenic lookout tower in Dorset, and the beach in Dwight by car or boat. Explore world-renowned  Algonquin Park, and browse antique shops in nearby Baysville and Dorset, or enjoy shopping, dining and live theatre in Bracebridge or Huntsville, a short drive away. For the golfer, there is a course on Bigwin Island (the largest island on the lake) as well as many others in the area.
