Berry Nice is a family cottage with
a private sandy beach access, a tennis court and
spacious front yard perfect for a tranquil and
enjoyable summer afternoon.
This one-storey cottage provides an
open concept area with 3 bedrooms, a 3-piece
bathroom, a living room area and a kitchen.
The first bedroom has a queen bed
and a private 2-piece bathroom. The second bedroom
is nicely decorated with two single beds and the
third bedroom offers a king size bed, a small closet
and walk-out patio doors that give access to the
front yard.
The living room area is nicely furnished and
includes a dining table for up to 10 people, a TV
